Gift of Insurance

Gift of Insurance
What To Give
A gift of your life insurance policy is an excellent way to make a gift to The Jewish Federations of North America.

If your life insurance policy is no longer needed or will no longer benefit your survivors consider making a gift and help support the Jewish community.

Make a Gift of Life Insurance Today

Did you know that you can give your life insurance policy to your Jewish Federation, Jewish Community Foundation or The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) today and receive a charitable income tax deduction? You can then make deductible contributions each year, which we may use to pay the premiums. As owner, we benefit from the proceeds of your policy.

Designate Us as Beneficiary of Your Policy

You can also designate your Jewish Federation, Jewish Community Foundation or JFNA as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy. You will continue to own and can make use of the policy during your lifetime. The policy will be included in your taxable estate when you pass away, but your estate will benefit from an estate tax charitable deduction for the value of the gift to us.

Contact Us for More Information

If you have any questions about making your gift of life insurance, please contact your Jewish Federation or Jewish Community Foundation directly, or contact JFNA here to send an email with your questions or comments.
